Generative AI Feature Availability in NetSuite

Several factors affect whether generative AI features are available in your NetSuite account. These include:

Whether Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Generative AI service is set up for NetSuite in your region
What languages the large language models (LLMs) used by NetSuite features can support
Your company's account settings
Your user role and permissions

The following tables provide details about regional and language availability for NetSuite features that use generative AI.
