Subscription Metrics

The Subscription Metrics SuiteApp lets you track key metrics like ARR, MRR, churn, and bookings in NetSuite with live dashboards, filters, and detailed reports. The SuiteApp is designed to help users manage and analyze their subscription-based services. It includes several key components such as the SaaS 360 Dashboard, which provide comprehensive insights into subscription performance.

Use this guide to get started with the Subscription Metrics SuiteApp:

1. Check the prerequisites – Ensure you have NetSuite 2025.2 or higher, OneWorld account, and SaaS Metrics & Advanced Billing features enabled. If you need currency conversion, enable the Multi-Currency and Currency Exchange Rate Type features. For more information, see Prerequisites for Subscription Metrics SuiteApp.

2. Install the SuiteApp– Go to the SuiteApp Marketplace search for Subscription Metrics, and click Install.

3. Set up permissions – Verify the required permissions for your roles to access and use the dashboard.

4. Enable SaaS metrics – Enable SaaS Metrics on your item and service records.

5. Open your dashboard – Go to the SaaS 360 Dashboard tab.

6. Explore your data – Use filters to analyze the key business metrics that you want.
