Compliance 360 SuiteApp

The Compliance 360 SuiteApp enables you to have a single source of truth for user interactions with the customer record.

The SuiteApp gives you access to user activity logs produced by the NetSuite Compliance 360 Cloud Service for security and compliance monitoring.

The Compliance 360 SuiteApp enables you to:

Track and audit user interactions to customer records within NetSuite
Create new audits, view and edit existing audits, and track audit progresses according to your organization's need and policies
Perform a search of when a user creates, deletes, edits, searches, views, prints, reports, or exports customer records, including logs produced by the SuiteApp in the last 12 months
Access user activities, key performance indicators, and dashboards in real-time for monitoring system usage

Note:

The Compliance 360 SuiteApp is currently available for North America (NoAM).

The Compliance 360 SuiteApp supports all available languages in the Multi-Language feature of NetSuite. To set the language preference in NetSuite, see Choosing a Language for Your NetSuite User Interface.

Limitations of Compliance 360 SuiteApp

Consider the following limitations for using the Compliance 360.

The Compliance 360 SuiteApp only logs user activities that involves accessing the customer record in NetSuite. It does not track user activities from other records.
The Compliance 360 SuiteApp can only keep data up to 365 days. If you want to retain logs for a longer period, you must export and store these logs separately offline.
The Compliance 360 SuiteApp cannot track email activities.

Important:
NetSuite uses a subcontractor to support the email delivery functionality within NetSuite. This subcontractor is not HIPAA-assessed.

Customer is responsible for implementing restrictions to prevent ePHI from being stored or included in email messages or email attachments.
The Compliance 360 SuiteApp does not log user activity interacting with the following:
- Emails sent by the NetSuite Service;
- NetSuite Service File Cabinet;
- NetSuite Mobile Application;
- Integrations with outside source(s);
- Third Party Applications;
- Data after it has been exported from the NetSuite Service; or
- Custom records, transactions, lists, and fields.
