Prompt Studio

Prompt Studio enables you to manage generative artificial intelligence (AI) prompts and Text Enhance actions in NetSuite. Generative AI prompts are the instructions given to a large language model (LLM). For Text Enhance, prompts are the instructions given to the LLM to generate or modify text. In NetSuite, you can use Prompt Studio to manage prompts that are used by Text Enhance or by SuiteScript Generative AI APIs. You can also use Prompt Studio to create and manage Text Enhance actions.

You can:

• Override standard Text Enhance actions. When you customize a system Text Enhance prompt, the prompt you define for your company's account overrides the behavior of the standard actions on the Enhance Text button menu or the partial Text Enhance menu.

• Create new Text Enhance actions and define prompts for each action, including:

  • Full actions available when users click the Enhance Text button.

  • Partial actions available during editing of a text field that has the Enhance Text button

• Create custom prompts to be used in your SuiteScript code.
