Account Administration

• Updated Manage Prompts about the change of Prompt Type value Custom to Generic. Generic prompts are standalone prompts that can be used in SuiteScript code. This terminology change helps clarify the meaning of "Custom" by distinguishing between its use in Prompt Type and Type fields, which previously had overlapping terminology. "Custom" now only means prompts that are created at the account level.

• Updated Manage Prompts and Manage Text Enhance Actions to reflect new filtering behavior. When you filter lists of prompts and Text Enhance actions, your filter selections are saved. You can reset the filters by clicking Clear All Filters.

• Updated the help topic Audits in Compliance 360 to include information about audit templates, audit templates list page, and the updated audit list page.

Commerce

Country-Specific Features

• Updated the following help topics under Brazil Reports:

  • Setting Up the EFD-Reinf Tax Authority, to add information about child subsidiaries.

  • Generating Country Tax Reports for Brazil, to include the new field for choosing the assessment method for the Simples Nacional assessment.

  • Generating and Sending the EFD-Reinf, to add information about using NetSuite to send the EFD-Reinf for the first time.

  • Refreshing Transactions in EFD-Reinf Events, to add information about the automatic reopening of EFD-Reinf events by NetSuite.

Employee Management

• Updated the following topics under SuitePeople U.S. Payroll:

  • Added new 457(b) catch-up and special 457(b) contribution codes in Pension Plan Contribution Pay Codes.

  • Added Important Things to Note in Setting Up Automatic Catch-Up Over Age 50 Calculations.

  • Added Important Things to Note in Setting Up Automatic Catch-Up Age 60 – 63 Calculations.

  • Added a note about the limitation of using the Decrease Elective Deferral Limits and Automatically Calculate Catch-Up preference when overriding annual limits in General Payroll Preferences.

  • Added Limitations for Decreasing Elective Deferral Limits in Decreasing Elective Deferral Limits for an Employee.

NetSuite Basics

• Updated What's New in NetSuite AI and Generative AI Availability in NetSuite for Text Enhance expansion to Mexico and Brazil.

• Updated What's New in NetSuite AI, Generative AI Availability in NetSuite, and Text Enhance with information about newly supported languages. Text Enhance added support for users whose Language preference is set to Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, or Spanish (Latin America).

NetSuite CPQ

• Updated Migrating to NetSuite CPQ SuiteApps to include information about the improved labels for user interface elements in NetSuite CPQ Configurator.

SuiteScript

• Updated the note about the Online Form User external role in the following topics:

  • Errors Related to the Available Without Login URL

  • Setting Available Without Login

  Added steps on how to enable the required Online Forms feature, including what the user should do if the external role is missing.

• In SuiteScript 2.x Custom Module Tutorial, added a link to Module Dependency Paths in the Update the Script section.

• Updated Prompt and occurrences of the Create a Prompt and Evaluate It sample to reflect the change of prompt type ( prompttype) value from CUSTOM to GENERIC.
