Forecast by Sales Rep Summary Report
The Forecast by Sales Rep Summary report lists each sales rep's calculated and override forecasts. It shows for the period you define in the footer of the report.
The calculated forecast is determined by the sum of the following:

cash sales and invoices that closed within the time period you are forecasting

unbilled sales orders that have not been processed into cash sales or invoices
-
estimates with the Include in Forecast box checked that have not been used to create sales orders, invoices or cash sales
-
opportunities with no estimates attached or with estimates that are not set to be included in the forecast
The override forecast is manually entered by sales reps and sales managers. For more information, see Saving Sales Rep Forecasts and Saving Sales Manager Forecasts.
Sales reps are grouped and totaled by sales team. Click the name of a sales manager to collapse or expand a sales team.
If you use Advanced Forecasting, the forecast for each forecast type are shown. The override forecast shown is the Most Likely.
To view the Forecast by Sales Rep Summary report:
Go to Forecast > Reports > Forecast by Sales Rep.
A popup message appears in the middle of your screen indicating that your report is loading. You can click Cancel next to the status bar to stop the report from loading. Reports can take some time to load. If you would like to work on something else while your report loads, click Alert me when ready at the bottom of the message. You will receive an email with a link to the report when it is ready for viewing.
This report does not support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics subtab.
