Calculated Forecast by Sales Rep Report
The Calculated Forecast by Sales Rep report shows the calculated sales forecast for each sales rep.
In NetSuite, your calculated sales forecast is the sum of the following:

cash sales and invoices that closed within the time period you are forecasting

unbilled sales orders that have not been processed into cash sales or invoices

estimates with the Include in Forecast box checked that have not been used to create sales orders, invoices or cash sales
-
opportunities with no estimates attached or with estimates that are not set to be included in the forecast
If you use the Advanced Forecasting feature, the calculated forecast amount for each forecast category is shown.
To view the Calculated Forecast by Sales Rep report:
Go to Forecast > Reports > Calculated Forecast by Sales Rep.
A popup message appears in the middle of your screen indicating that your report is loading. You can click Cancel next to the status bar to stop the report from loading. Reports can take some time to load. If you would like to work on something else while your report loads, click Alert me when ready at the bottom of the message. You will receive an email with a link to the report when it is ready for viewing.
