NAME
Destroy_CompCol_Permuted - Precision-independent C function in the

PURPOSE
Destroy_CompCol_Permuted() deallocates a supermatrix in compressed col-
umn format and permuted (NCPformat).
ARGUMENTS
SuperMatrix *A (input) - pointer to SuperMatrix A, which is in NCPfor-
mat (Stype = SLU_NCP).
