Tools Needed for Service

To install or service the switch, you must have these tools:

• No. 2 Phillips screwdriver

• ESD mat and grounding strap

In addition, you must provide a system console device, such as:

• ASCII terminal

• Workstation

• Terminal server

• Patch panel connected to a terminal server
