Billings Forecast vs. Quota Report
The Billings Forecast vs. Quota report shows the billings forecast and quota for the period you set in the report footer.
The report shows calculated forecasts and the override forecasts for each sales rep. If you use Advanced Forecasting, you'll also see override forecasts for each category. For more information on the sales forecast, read Advanced Forecasting.
The total in the Forecast/Quota Variance column is the result of the forecast divided by the quota for that sales rep.
To view the Billings Forecast vs. Quota report:
Go to Forecast > Reports > Billings Forecast vs. Quota.
A popup message appears in the middle of your screen to let you know your report is loading. You can click Cancel next to the status bar to stop the report from loading. Reports can take some time to load. If you'd like to work on something else while your report loads, click Alert me when ready at the bottom of the message. You'll get an email with a link to the report when it's ready to view.
This report doesn't support reporting by period even when the Report by Period preference is set to All Reports. You can configure the Report by Period preference. Go to Home > Set Preferences > Analytics subtab.
