WFM Phone App

Important:

Starting February 18, 2025, Oracle will end support for SuitePeople Workforce Management Time Clock and SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile applications on Android 11 and earlier versions.

If you are using these versions, update your Android devices to version 12 or later to continue using WFM apps.

Employees can view their shifts and receive shift notifications in the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app. The app is called NetSuite Workforce Management in the App Store for iOS and the Google Play store for Android.

In the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app, employees can do the following:

Receive notifications when their scheduled shifts are published or changed
View their own published scheduled shifts
View other published scheduled shifts at locations they work at
Receive notifications for open shift trades

If employees have additional features enabled in their account, they can do the following:

Clock in and clock out in mobile timesheets
Request a shift drop
Request a shift swap
Confirm scheduled shifts
View approved shifts
Accept or dispute approved shifts

In the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app, managers can do the following:

Receive notifications when their scheduled shifts are published or changed
View their own published scheduled shifts
View other published scheduled shifts at locations they work at
Receive notifications for open shift trades
Manage employee shift trades and notify affected employees
Initiate and manage a fill shift request

If managers have additional features enabled in their account, they can do the following:

Clock in and clock out in mobile timesheets
Request a shift drop
Review and manage shift drop requests
Request a shift swap
Review and manage shift swap requests
Confirm scheduled shifts
