When employees select the Time Clock icon, they are taken to the Time Clock page.

An employee can start a paid rest break by selecting Rest. The app automatically clocks in the employee to their break. If a employee starts an unpaid break, they need to select Start Break.

Employees can only take one unpaid break but they can take multiple paid breaks. After the unpaid break is completed, the Start Break option is unavailable.

If you have rest breaks enabled and an employee hasn't clocked in for a paid rest break during their shift, the app asks the employee if they've taken a paid rest break.

Answering either Yes or No will change the message that appears on their timesheet shift in the weekly view.

If the employee selects No, their timesheet shift will display a message that says: "Employee has indicated they did not take a Rest Break".
