Offline Mode
Starting February 18, 2025, Oracle will end support for SuitePeople Workforce Management Time Clock and SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile applications on Android 11 and earlier versions.
If you are using these versions, update your Android devices to version 12 or later to continue using WFM apps.

If the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app loses Internet connection, the Offline badge will appear above your profile icon.
The following functions are still available without Internet connection:

Viewing your published shifts

Clocking in and out of your shifts (if this feature is enabled in your account)
After your Internet connection is restored, a red loading badge will appear above the time clock icon. This indicates that the app is retrieving and sending data.
