Filling Shifts
As of February 18, 2025, support ends for SuitePeople Workforce Management Time Clock and SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile applications on Android 11 and earlier versions.
If you are using these versions, update your Android devices to version 12 or later to continue using WFM apps.

When employees cannot make it to their shifts, managers can fill shifts quickly in the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app.
To fill a shift from the SuitePeople Workforce Management phone app, a manager can click on the scheduled shift that they want to fill then click the Fill button. From here, a manager will see anyone else who can work that job at that location with their associated cost difference for filling that shift.
The manager can click on employees and notify them to request that they fill the shift or assign it directly to them.
Instead of notifying individuals, the manager can notify all employees by clicking the + button at the bottom right. The manager will then receive notifications when employees offer to pick up the shift and they can choose to whom they will assign the shift.
