Changes In Release 26.4 For Agent Factory
All content in this Agent Factory User’s Guide has been updated to reflect the functionality and user interface changes introduced in release 26.4.
Important: Release 26.4 is the final release that supports direct upgrades from Agent Factory version 25.3.0.0.0, the initial Agent Factory release. Direct upgrades from version 25.3.0.0.0 to releases later than 26.4 are not supported. To remain on a supported upgrade path, first upgrade to release 26.4, and then upgrade to a later release.

| Proxy Settings | Configure proxy settings for outbound connections from Agent Factory to external services. |
| Amazon S3 Data Source | Ingest documents from Amazon S3 buckets so Knowledge Agents can retrieve and ground answers in bucket content. |
| Export/Import Workflows | Export custom workflows to .paf archives and import them into another Agent Factory environment. |
| Collect Diagnostics | Download application logs as a ZIP file for troubleshooting and support. |
| Clone a Flow | Clone an existing workflow from My Custom Flows to create a copy. |
