Opportunities Won Report

The Opportunities Won report shows all opportunities that were won during the period range you select. NetSuite lists won opportunities by sales rep and totals the projected amounts.

A won opportunity is one that is used to create a sales order, cash sale or invoice and, therefore, has a probability of 100%.

With Narrative Insights, you can use generative AI to summarize the report, helping you see the total value and number of opportunities won in the period and identify top performers contributing to your sales success.

To generate an insight on the Opportunities Won report, the Enable Narrative Insights preference must be enabled on the Narrative Insights tab of the AI Preferences page. This preference is enabled by default. For more information, see Managing Narrative Insights Preferences.

To view the Opportunities Won report, go to Opportunities > Reports > Opportunities Won.

A message appears indicating that your report is loading. The status bar in the footer of the report shows the progress as your report loads. You can click Cancel Report next to the status bar to stop the report from loading.

To generate an insight on the Opportunities Won report, click the Generate Insight button. The Narrative Insights dialog is displayed. You can generate the insight again at any time by clicking the Generate Insight button.

Important:

Insights may differ each time they're generated, even when you're viewing the same data.

You can filter the report before generating the insight to make sure it includes only the information you want the insight to reflect.
