Forecast by Customer Detail Report
The Forecast by Customer Detail report shows all the forecast transactions for each customer with expected close dates within the date range you select. The projected and weighted totals for each transaction are listed and totaled for each customer.
The sales forecast includes the following transactions:

opportunities with no estimates or with estimates that are not set to be included in the forecast

estimates that have the Include in Forecast box checked that have not been converted to sales orders, invoices or cash sales
Note:If you use the Advanced Forecasting feature, only estimates with the forecast type set to the medium (Most Likely) are included in this report.

unbilled sales orders that have not been converted to cash sales or invoices
-
cash sales and invoices that closed within the time period you are forecasting
To view the Forecast by Customer Detail report:
Go to Reports > Forecast > Forecast by Customer > Detail.
A popup message appears in the middle of your screen to let you know your report is loading. You can click Cancel next to the status bar to stop the report from loading. Reports can take some time to load. If you'd like to work on something else while your report loads, click Alert me when ready at the bottom of the message. You'll get an email with a link to the report when it's ready to view.
