Work with versioned case series
The features described in this section apply to versioned case series.
- About annotating a specific case
To add annotations to individual cases and make them available as you work with the case series, you must create a special type of case series; that is, a versioned case series. - Add or edit an annotation type
Annotation types are predefined comments that you can apply to cases in a versioned case series; for example, Suspected duplicate. - Change the sort order of the annotation types
You can change the order in which the annotation types appear when adding an annotation. - Delete an annotation type
You can delete an annotation type if you are a superuser or the owner of the versioned case series. - Create a versioned case series
Create a versioned case series from the Case Series page. - Associate a versioned case series with a signal configuration
You must associate the versioned case series with a signal configuration based on the same data source you just established for the versioned case series. - Add annotations to a specific case in a case series
To add annotations to a specific case in a case series, open the Signal Review page, drill down to case details, and add an annotation to the case. - View annotations for a case series
From the Case Series page, you can view all the annotations associated with a case series in an annotations table. - View the details of a versioned case series annotation
Once you have displayed the annotations in a versioned case series, you can view the details of an annotation. - Work with annotations associated with a selected case
If you select a case ID from the Cases page, the Case Details page includes the case version date, an additional Annotation section with detailed information about annotations for the case, and a link to add an annotation.
