About annotating a specific case

To add annotations to individual cases and make them available as you work with the case series, you must create a special type of case series; that is, a versioned case series.

This involves three steps:
  1. Create a versioned case series from the Case Series page.
  2. Associate the versioned case series with a signal configuration.
  3. In Signal Review, annotate individual cases within the versioned case series by drilling down to case details and adding an annotation to the case.

Note:

You must define the annotation types before you can annotate specific cases.
