View annotations for a case series
From the Case Series page, you can view all the annotations associated with a case series in an annotations table.
- In the left navigation pane, hover on the Data Analysis
icon (
), then select Case Series.
- (Optional) Filter the list as necessary.
- From the Project drop-down list, select the project for which you want to view case series or -- to include all projects.
- From the Configuration drop-down list, select the data configuration for which you want to view case series or -- to include all configurations.
- Select the versioned case series' Row Action menu

), and then select View Annotations.
Note:
Versioned case series are identified by a Yes in the Versioned column. If you don't see the Versioned column, select the Columns link and add the Versioned column.The Annotations page displays all the annotations associated with the selected versioned case series. Each row includes:- Case ID: ID that identifies the specific case.
- Annotation Date: The date and time the annotation was added.
- Case Version Date: Latest update date of the case, at the time the annotation was added.
- Annotator: User who added the annotation.
- Annotation: The annotation type.
- Detailed Annotation: Detailed text of the annotation.
- Report ID: Unique identifier of the case report.
- As Of Date: The date that the dataset was updated, at the time the annotation was added.
- Configuration: Data configuration in effect when the annotation was added.
- ID: Unique identifier of the annotation.
- Filter the annotations by selecting options and then selecting
Apply.
- View all annotations or just the latest ones.
By default, only the latest annotation on each case is shown.
- Enter a range of dates to filter by the annotation creation date.
- All annotation types or a specific type.
- View all annotations or just the latest ones.
- View the details of an annotation by selecting an annotation's Annotation Type column.
- View case details for an annotation by selecting the Case Report Id column to link to a details page similar to the Case Details page, except it displays information for a specific annotation. You can use the Next/Prev buttons to navigate through the list of annotations.
- Perform additional actions on the annotations table by selecting these links:
- Save to Topic
- Download
