Shipping Report

The Shipping report lists each order to be shipped in the period or dates you define in the footer of the report. For each transaction listed, the following fields are included in the report:

To view the Shipping report:

  1. Go to Reports > Order Management > Shipping Report.

NetSuite displays a message indicating that your report is loading. The status bar indicates the progress as your report loads.

  2. To stop the report from loading, you can click Cancel Report.

  3. (Optional) To export this report as a CSV file that you can then import into your shipping program, you can click Export.

For example, you can export this report as a CSV file and then import the file into UPS WorldShip® to avoid having to enter each customer's information manually.

Adding Tracking Numbers to the Shipping Report

You can add the tracking number for an order to the Shipping Report using Advanced Report Customization. Adding tracking numbers is especially important if you use the Shipping Label Integration feature.

To add tracking numbers to the Shipping Report:

  1. Click the Customize button on the Shipping Report.

  2. In the Report Name field, name your custom report.

This is the name you select when accessing your new report.

  3. In the Add Fields section to the left of the page, expand the Item Fulfillment heading.

  4. Scroll through the fields, and select Tracking Number.

This adds a Tracking Number column to the report. To move the column, use the Move buttons or drag and drop the column.

  5. Click Save.

Now, your new, custom shipping report is available on the Reports tab, under the Saved Reports heading.

You can create a shortcut to this report by clicking Add to Shortcuts in the upper right corner while you are viewing the report. This adds a quick link to your custom report from the Shortcuts portlet on your dashboard or other tabbed pages.
