Setting up an Allowance

After setting up your wage agreement, classifications, and conditions, you can assign allowances to a shift or period of shifts.

To set up an allowance:

  1. Open the wage agreement. See Accessing Wage Agreements.

  2. Click the Allowances subtab.

  3. Click + New allowance….

  4. On the Create new Allowance window, complete the fields.

    • Condition – Select the condition that applies to the allowance.

    • Amount – Enter the amount to give to employees when the allowance is applied.

    • Employment status – Check the boxes for all statuses that can receive the allowance.

    • Jobs – From the Available Choices panel, select the jobs that can receive this allowance.

  5. Click Save.
