Remove SLB-L2 Port Members

This example shows removing one port member from a SLB-L2 group. You use the same process to remove an active or standby port member.

  1. Remove the member entry.
    SEFOS# configure terminal
    SEFOS(config)# no slb l2 1 extreme-ethernet 0/5
    SEFOS(config)# end
    
  2. Show current LBGs and members.

    The following example shows the removal of one of the active SLB server members.

    SEFOS# show slb
     
    L2 SLB Group #1:
            Failover Method: Failover to All Ports
    Port Members:
    Port    State     Comments
    ====    =====     ==================
    3       ACTIVE
    4       ACTIVE
    6       STANDBY
