Custom HTML Form Templates
By default, online case forms match the style of your NetSuite website. But with online HTML form templates, you can customize your online forms to match your website’s look and feel.
Online form templates are HTML documents you create outside NetSuite and upload to your NetSuite File Cabinet to use with online forms.
Note:
You can use HTML form templates only if you have the Marketing Automation feature enabled. Administrators can enable this feature at Setup > Company > Enable Features > CRM.
