Added the following entries:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Renamed the release note titled "Security Enhancements to External Case Response Page in Case Management" to "Security Enhancements in Case Management". Included additional information about grabbing cases. See Security Enhancements in Case Management.

Field Service Management

  • Changed the version number in headings from 2025.10.2 to 2025.10.3.

  • Updated 2025.10.3 Release Notes to remove the notice that said it's only available for testing in sandbox accounts. It's now also available in production accounts.

  • Added the patch instructions, Update SOAP Library Version for SuiteCommerce Advanced Compatibility.

    These patch instructions describe how to update the SOAP library version in your SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) environment to avoid issues with your developer tools. These instructions apply to SuiteCommerce Advanced versions Denali to 2025.1.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Updated the Grabbing Cases help topic with an additional note about how to grab a case.

Field Service Management

  • In 2025.10.3 of Field Service Management Release Notes:

    • Changed the version number from 2025.10.2 to 2025.10.3

    • Removed the notice that said it's only available for sandbox testing

    • Added more fields where Text Enhance is available

    • Added more issue fixes, including the scheduler no longer freezing and multi-select values persisting in the mobile app

    • Updated the list of allowed HTML tags and attributes for embedded content

  • Updated Compatibility and Expected Behaviors with the latest tested browser and mobile device versions.

NetSuite CPQ

  • Added the Configuring Items from the Customer Center help topic. This topic explains the roles required by NetSuite CPQ Configurator script deployments to let users configure items from the Customer Center.

  • Renamed the Add the Online Form User External Role section to Assign the Required Roles to Script Deployments in the NetSuite CPQ SuiteCommerce Integration help topic. The section has also been updated to explain the roles required by NetSuite CPQ script deployments to let users configure items from SuiteCommerce web stores.
