Electronic Invoices

An electronic invoice (e-invoice) is a digital version of a transaction record between a supplier and a buyer. E-invoices replace traditional paper or electronic documents like invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

E-invoices include key details like supplier and buyer info, item descriptions, quantities, prices (excluding tax), taxes, and the total amount. This information covers the transaction data you need for daily business operations.

The Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp helps NetSuite users in Malaysia certify e-invoices (e-documents) for the following transactions:

When you use the Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp, you must first generate an e-invoice as an XML document for the transaction. After you generate the e-invoice, you can get it certified by IRBM. IRBM adds a digital signature to the transaction, and then you can send the certified e-document as a PDF to the recipients.
