Electronic Invoices
Electronic invoices (e-invoice) is a digital version of a transaction record between supplier and a buyer. These invoices serve as a replacement for traditional paper or electronic documents like invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
E-invoices contain key details similar to conventional documents such as supplier and buyer information, item descriptions, quantities, prices excluding tax, taxes, and the total amount. This information captures the transaction data essential for daily business operations.
The Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp helps NetSuite users in Malaysia with the certification of e-invoices (e-documents) for the following transactions:
By using Malaysia Electronic Invoicing SuiteApp, you must first generate an e-invoice in the form of XML document as a standard transaction. After generating the e-invoice, you can certify the e-document from IRBM. IRBM provides a digital signature for that particular transaction and then you can send the certified e-document in PDF format to the e-document recipients.
