Managing Reservations
Using Manage Reservation you can:

Search for past, in house or future reservations. You can filter your search by guest name, travel agent, arrival or departure dates, room and other criteria. The search results provide reservation summary information. For more information, see Search Screens.

Manage reservations. The Manage Reservations screen provides access to reservation stay details, linked profiles, deposits/cancellations, memberships, guest messages, preferences, traces, shares and other details.

Assign Room. Assign a room to a reservation and view room information.

Generate a registration card or proforma invoice

Copy or cancel reservations

Navigate to Linked Profile. View and manage the primary profile linked to a reservation.

Navigate to Billing. View billing information for in house reservation, where you can post charges and adjustments, transfer postings (within a folio or to/from other rooms), make payments, generate folios, and so on. You can also access the Billing details for checked out reservations.
