Managing Reservation Transportation

Prerequisites for Managing Reservation Transportation

Transportation enables you to specify the pick up and drop off transportation information for guests linked to a reservation. These details can be output on the Transport Requirements report.

From the Navigation Bar, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation.
Enter search criteria, click Search.
Select the reservation in the search result, click I Want to... then Transportation or open the reservation and click Transportation in Reservation Presentation.
Click Edit and update the following
1. Pickup
  1. Date: Enter the pickup date.
  2. Station: Enter the airport, bus station or other location of the guest arrival; for example, JFK International, Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal.
  3. Time.: Enter a pickup time.
  4. Carrier: Enter an airline carrier code.
  5. Type: Select the transport type required from list.
  6. Transport Number: Enter the transportation number such as the airline flight number applicable to the guest mode of transportation upon arrival.
  7. Notes: Enter any notes related to the pickup.
  8. Pickup Required: Check to select a pickup is required for this reservation.
2. Dropoff
  1. Date: Enter the drop off date.
  2. Station: Enter the airport, bus station or other location of the guest departure; for example, JFK International, Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal.
  3. Time: Enter the drop off time.
  4. Carrier: Enter an airline carrier code.
  5. Type: Select the transport type required from list.
  6. Transport Number: Enter the transportation number such as the airline flight number applicable to the guest mode of transportation for departure.
  7. Notes: . Enter any notes related to the drop off.
  8. Dropoff Required: Check to select a drop off is required for this reservation.
Click Save.
