Managing Reservation Call History
Viewing Call History
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To..., click Call History or open the reservation presentation and click Call History details link. 
Adding Call History
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To..., click Call History or open the reservation presentation and click Call History details link. 
- 
                        Click New and enter the following details: - 
                              Call Date: Enter the date of the call/contact. 
- 
                              Name: Enter caller Surname. 
- 
                              First Name: Enter caller First name. 
- 
                              Email: Enter caller email address. 
- 
                              Phone: Enter caller phone number. 
- 
                              Fax: Enter caller fax number.

                        Click Save.
