Moving Reservations to Other Properties
When the OPERA Multi-property Reservation Cloud Service is active, you can move a reservation to another property from a Hub location to a property associated with the Hub. You cannot move cancelled or no show reservations or reservations that have incurred financial charges or payments such as no show charges or deposit payments.
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, select Manage Reservation., and then search by property for the reservation.

                        Enter search criteria and then click Search.

                        Select the reservation in the search result, click I Want To . . . then select Move Reservation. - 
                              Look to Book Sales screen displays. For more information, see Booking a Reservation.

                              Property: Enter or select the destination property from the list, then click Search. 
- 
                              Select an room type and rate code in the search result, then click and drag the new room/rate to the Trip Composer. 
- 
                              When the Booking Details screen appears, click Update Trip Composer.

                              Click Move Reservation. - 
                                    Reason: Select a reason for the move from the list. For more information, see Configuring Property Move Reasons.

                                    Click Move Reservation.
