Updating SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows

When a new version of SuitePeople Time Clock is available, a window appears when you open the app to inform you about the change.

When this notification appears, the employee managing the Windows device has the following options:

As soon as possible, update to the latest SuitePeople Time Clock version to ensure a seamless experience with the WFM system.

After you complete the update and restarted SuitePeople Time Clock, the new version of the app will appear at the bottom of the keypad screen.

Troubleshooting the Auto-Update Process for SuitePeople Time Clock

If you encounter an error during a software update, close SuitePeople Time Clock.

In the error message, click Retry.

Manually Updating SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows

If you are a manager, you can check for updates in SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows.

To manually update SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows:

  1. Open SuitePeople Time Clock on your device.

  2. Enter your PIN code for a Manager role.

  3. Click the cog or settings icon on top of the screen.

  4. On the Settings page, click Check for update.

    If SuitePeople Time Clock is up to date, a window appears.
