SuitePeople Time Clock
Starting February 18, 2025, Oracle will end support for SuitePeople Workforce Management Time Clock and SuitePeople Workforce Management mobile applications on Android 11 and earlier versions.
If you are using these versions, update your Android devices to version 12 or later to continue using WFM apps.
For more information, see SuitePeople Workforce Management on Unsupported Android Devices.
SuitePeople Time Clock is the SuitePeople Workforce Management time and attendance app previously referred to as AdiClock.
As a bring-your-own-device model, the app can be downloaded to compatible devices you already have, or those you want to invest in.
In the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, SuitePeople Time Clock is called NetSuite Time Clock.
In Windows, the app is called SuitePeople Time Clock.
There are different ways employees can log into SuitePeople Time Clock:
-
For Windows, Android, and iOS, employees can use a 4-digit PIN.
-
For Android and iOS, visual verification can be enabled to take a photo of employees after they enter their 4-digit PIN.
-
For Windows, a compatible fingerprint scanner can be used as two-factor authentication method to prevent buddy-clocking.
SuitePeople Time Clock is cloud-based, so the clock-in and clock-out times of employees will sync with the central server. This allows you to compare employee clock-in and clock-out data against their scheduled shifts for approvals.
