Specifying Reporting Years
You can specify the years, succeeding or otherwise, that you want the Japan Fixed Assets Report to cover or report on. With specified years, you can consider how your assets depreciate over time with the applied depreciation rates.
To specify Reporting Years:
Repeat the steps to add more reporting years.

Go to Depreciable Assets > Setup > Reporting Years > New.

On the Reporting Year page, enter values for the following fields:

Name – Enter year such as ‘2020’.

Imperial Year – Enter the Imperial Year.

Imperial Year Code – Enter the Imperial Year Code.

Click Save.
