Roles for Using the Japan Fixed Assets Reports SuiteApp
By default, the Administrator, Accountant, and DATR Custom Role can use the SuiteApp and access the following records:

FAM Assets
-
Reporting Information
-
Municipal Master
-
Municipal Information
-
Depreciable Assets
-
Municipal Transfers
-
Generated report records - Depreciable Asset Report and Depreciable Asset Tax Report
The roles can also generate the Depreciable Asset Report and Depreciable Asset Tax Report.
The Administrator and DATR Custom Role can create depreciable asset records from FAM asset records. For more information, see Creating Depreciable Asset Records from FAM Asset Records.
You can edit the DATR Custom Role to rename it or grant it other permissions. For more information, see Changing Custom Roles and Setting Permissions.
However, other roles cannot be granted access to or usage of the Japan Fixed Assets Reports SuiteApp.
