Filtering Imported Bank Lines
On the Automated Cash Application page, filter imported bank lines as needed.
To filter imported bank lines:

Go to Transactions > Bank > Automated Cash Application.

From the Account list, select the bank or credit card account you want to view.
NetSuite displays a list of all bank lines without matching payments.
If the number of bank lines in the list exceeds the page limit, click the arrows to view the next or previous page.

Filter your data:

To switch from a list of all bank lines to only those excluded from payment generation, click Show Excluded Only.
Note:Show Excluded Only is only applicable if the box is checked for one or more bank lines.

To search for specific text or numbers, in the Search field, start typing the text or number value. As you type, NetSuite narrows the results.
When entering a date, use the same format displayed on the page (set in User Preferences). For a long date format (May 1, 2018), enter May to search for May dates. Enter four digits for the year (2018). For a short date format, use two digits for the month or day (05/01/2018).

To modify the date range for bank lines, enter or select dates in the From and To fields.
