Viewing SaaS Metric Charts
The SaaS 360 dashboard includes a range of graphs to give you insights into business performance. Following are the graphs you’ll see on the dashboard.

MRR Composition by Class |
The MRR Composition by Class chart shows ending MRR balance by class on the Y axis and period on the X axis. |
Supported period types are monthly, quarterly, and yearly. |

For each period type, the MRR is ending MRR at the end of the period. |
|
For monthly, the MRR is ending MRR balance at the end of the month. |
|
For quarterly, the MRR is ending MRR balance at the last month of the quarter. |
|
For each period, the ending MRR balance at the end of period is aggregated by class. |

MRR Growth |
The MRR Growth Chart shows new, upsell, downsell, churn, and net new on the Y axis and period on the X axis. |
Supported period types are monthly, quarterly, and yearly. |

For each period, MRRs are totaled by impact categories — New, Upsell, Downsell, and Churn. Net New equals ending MRR minus beginning MRR for the period. |

Top 5 MRR |
The Top 5 MRR chart shows the ending MRR balance for your top 5 customers as a donut chart for the following period types — This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter, This Year, Last Year, Before Last Month. The Customer filter on the SaaS 360 dashboard is not applicable for this graph. |
CAC Trend |
The CAC Trend graph shows customer acquisition costs on the Y axis and period on the X axis for the selected periods — monthly, quarterly, and yearly. |
Gross and Net Revenue Retention |
The Gross and Net Revenue Retention graph shows GRR and NRR on the Y axis and period on the X axis. |
Supported period types are monthly, quarterly, and yearly. |

Recurring Revenue Trend |
The Recurring Revenue Trend graph shows the ending MRR balance on the Y axis and the period on the X axis for the selected periods — monthly, quarterly, and yearly. |
