The Customer 360 view
The Customer 360 page displays the following metrics:
These metrics are based off only those transactions that the logged-in user has access to.

Recent Transactions: A list of all transactions with the customer, latest at the top. This list includes invoices, credit memos, sales orders, customer deposits, and cases.

Product Recommendations: An AI-generated list of products that can be recommended to the customer. For more information, see Intelligent Recommendations.

Sales This Year: The total amount of sales made to the customer since the beginning of the current year, in the currency set by the user.

All-Time Sales: The total amount of sales made to the customer since the first ever transaction, in the currency set by the user.

Customer Profitability: The profits in percentage that the relationship with the customer brings to your business. The profitability of the customer is calculated with the help of the following formula: Customer Profitability = (Total Revenue - Total Cost) / Total Revenue.

Top Selling Items: A list of items purchased the most by the customer since the first ever transaction and sorted by the revenue they generate for your business, highest on top.
The Customer 360 page also allows the user to create contacts, opportunities, estimates, invoices, and sales orders, depending on whether the feature has been enabled for the NetSuite account and if the user has the permissions to create them.
