Customer 360 provides you with a complete, 360-degree view of the customer, including their financial information, transaction history, and other related data.
The Customer 360 page collects customer information from different areas of NetSuite and provides you with actionable insights. You can use the metrics presented on this page to easily track interactions made with the customer, their financial position and profitability to your business, their purchasing trends, and more.
Note:
Customer 360 is available on all accounts and you do not need to enable it.
