Customer 360 Compatibility and Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing
When the “Allow Cross- Subsidiary Record Viewing” feature, located in the Role's Subsidiary Restrictions, is enabled, certain scenarios can cause compatibility issues with the Customer 360 functionality. These scenarios relate to the subsidiary assignments of the customer and the role of the logged-in user.
Unsupported Scenarios:

Multiple Subsidiary Assignment: If a customer is associated with multiple subsidiaries and a user with the Cross-Subsidiary Viewing permission attempts to access their Customer 360 profile, it can potentially trigger compatibility issues.

Mismatch in Subsidiary Assignment: Compatibility problems can occur when a customer is assigned to one subsidiary, but the logged-in user is assigned to a different subsidiary.
Disabling Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing:
If this feature is not essential to your daily operations, disabling or temporarily disabling the “Allow Cross- Subsidiary Record Viewing” option can ensure a smooth user experience and prevent potential conflicts. Here's how to disable the feature:

Go to Setup.

Select Manage Roles.

Identify and choose the specific role assigned to the user.

In the Subsidiary Restriction section, clear the box for "Allow Cross-Subsidiary Viewing".
