Viewing Inactive Bank Accounts
Bank accounts become inactive if you Linking Your Bank Account Manually and don't complete the Deposit Verification process within five days of linking it. Bank accounts also become inactive if you enter the wrong deposit amount from BILL three times during the deposit verification process. Inactive bank accounts can't be used for making payments.
To view inactive accounts, check the Show inactive bank accounts box in the Payment methods widget of the Bank Accounts page.
