Signing Up with BILL within Intelligent Payment Automation
Within your NetSuite account, complete the following procedures as part of the three-step sign up process for a BILL account:
You can't use or sign up with existing BILL accounts that are not created within NetSuite. To use Intelligent Payment Automation, be sure to sign up and create a BILL account within NetSuite.
If you use NetSuite OneWorld, the sign up process must be completed for each subsidiary that uses Intelligent Payment Automation for making vendor payments. You can only complete the three-step sign up process for active subsidiaries in NetSuite. See Multi-Subsidiary Support.
After you complete the three-step sign up process, vendors with open balances are automatically synced with BILL for making payments. You can also sync your vendors manually through the Sync Vendors with BILL option. See Vendor Setup and Management for Payment Automation.
