Managing Bank Accounts

From the dashboard, the Bank Accounts page enables you to link additional bank accounts, and manage and delete bank accounts already linked with BILL.

Important:

After you add bank accounts, click Verify your identity in the Payment methods widget of the Bank Accounts page to start processing payments.

To view the Bank Accounts page:

  1. Go to Payment Automation > Payment Dashboard > View.

  2. If you use a NetSuite OneWorld account, on the Subsidiary Dashboard, click Enabled. In the Actions column, click View to open the Payment Dashboard for a subsidiary.

  3. Click Manage Bank Accounts in the Bank Accounts portlet of the dashboard to view the Bank Accounts page.

    Alternatively, in the left panel, click Settings > Bank Accounts to view the Bank Accounts page.

  4. When you perform any action in the Bank Accounts page, you need to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA). Follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete MFA. You can perform the following tasks from the Bank Accounts page:

    All changes made in the BILL widget is automatically updated in NetSuite. This includes adding, deleting, or updating bank accounts and changing default bank account.
