Timesheet Sources
There are different icons on a timesheet shift that indicate the way the employee clocked in or clocked out for a shift.
AdiClock is now referred to as SuitePeople Time Clock.
In the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, SuitePeople Time Clock is called NetSuite Time Clock.
In Windows, the app is targeted to be renamed SuitePeople Time Clock in June 2024.

-
SuitePeople Time Clock -The following screenshot shows an employee's timesheet shift that has a building icon. This indicates the employee clocked in and out of SuitePeople Time Clock app at their shift's location.
-
Mixed or multiple sources -The following screenshot shows an employee's timesheet shift that has a two-arrow icon. This indicates the employee clocked in and out of SuitePeople Time Clock from more than one source. For example, the employee may have clocked in on their phone and clocked out at their shift's location.
To display a detailed breakdown of an employee's clock-in and clock-out events during their shift, you can click on the timesheet shift to expand it.
The clock-in and clock-out events have a green pin icon beside them, which means the clock-in and clock-out events were completed on the job site.
Force Clocking out Employees
There are two ways to clock out an employee if they have forgotten to clock out:
-
From the Weekly or Multi-Location view
-
Ask a manager to clock out an employee from the device using SuitePeople Time Clock.
SuitePeople Time Clock force clocks out employees after 24 hours.
From the Weekly or Multi-Location view, you can click the Eject button on an employee's open timesheet.
After the employee has been clocked out, their timesheet will retain the original start time of the shift and the time that the employee was clocked out at.
For more information about clocking out employees, see Using SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows.
Auto-closing Timesheets
Timesheets will automatically close if they are left open for 24 hours and employees will automatically be clocked out. This occurs on the phone app, and SuitePeople Time Clock for Windows, Android, and iOS.
