Managing AI Preferences
If you're a user with the Administrator role, you can use the AI Preferences page to set up your company's AI preferences. The AI Preferences page has a tab for each AI feature that you can manage. You can also use AI Preferences to see how much free usage you get each month for applicable features, and how much you've used so far.
Note:
The AI Preferences page is only available for accounts where NetSuite supports generative AI or has Intelligent Recommendations. For more details, see Generative AI Feature Availability in NetSuite and Manage Intelligent Item Recommendations Preferences.
