Manage Intelligent Item Recommendations Preferences
If you do not want to see intelligent item recommendations on sales orders, estimates or opportunity records, you can remove the Intelligent Recommendations button from these records.
Removing the button doesn't affect your use of intelligent recommendations on websites.
To enable or disable Intelligent Item Recommendations:

In NetSuite, go to Setup > Sales > Preferences > Sales Preferences.

Locate the Show Intelligent Recommendations Button for Item Recommendations box:

Check the Show Intelligent Recommendations Button for Item Recommendations box to enable the Intelligent Recommendations button in your account.

Clear the Show Intelligent Recommendations Button for Item Recommendations box to disable the Intelligent Recommendations button in your account.

Click Save.
Customize Display Columns
To customize your display columns:

Go to Setup > Company > AI > AI Preferences.

From the AI Preferences page, click the Intelligent Recommendations subtab.

On the Intelligent Recommendations subtab, check the boxes for the columns you want visible in the Intelligent Item Recommendations popup window: Display Name, Unit Price, and Quantity Available.

Click Save.
