Disable Intelligent Item Recommendations
If you do not want to see intelligent item recommendations on sales orders, estimates or opportunity records, you can remove the Intelligent Recommendations button from these records.
Note:
Removing the button does not affect your use of intelligent recommendations on websites.
To remove the Intelligent Recommendations button:

In NetSuite, go to Setup > Sales > Preferences > Sales Preferences.

Clear the Show Intelligent Recommendations Button for Item Recommendations box.

Click Save.
