Opportunities
The Opportunities application lets you capture prospect information about a potential customer and an existing customer. You can add contact information, deal information, an estimate, a proposal, proposal templates, and business types, customer sizes, customer sources, and territories.
Access to the Opportunities application is restricted. As communicated in the SuiteProjects Pro 2023.2 release notes, enabling the Opportunities application is no longer permitted. You can continue using the Opportunities if it is currently enabled in your account.
As an alternative to using the Opportunities module, consider using project stages to track projects through the sales cycle. For more information about project stages, see Project Stages.

Note:You can access the full list of approval processes defined for your account from any of the Expenses, Invoices, Opportunities, Purchases, Resources, and Timesheets application settings. The same approval process may be used for different transaction types across different SuiteProjects Pro modules.
