Views

Views let you work efficiently with incidents by allowing you to categorize and focus on only those incidents of interest. A view is a set of search criteria for filtering incidents and problems in the system. Incident Manager provides a set of predefined standard views that cover the most common event, incident, and problem search scenarios. In addition, Incident Manager also allows you to create your own custom views. Custom views can be shared with other users. For instructions on creating custom views, see "Setting Up Custom Views".
