Cash 360 Limitations

You can only add a maximum of 1000 chart of accounts for a single category. For more information, see Adding Cash 360 Account Categories.

The SuiteApp can only support one million transactions. Forecasts for NetSuite accounts that exceed one million transactions are not supported and may not be properly displayed in the Cash 360 dashboard.

Additional values that are included in the cash forecast are shared across users within the same subsidiary. For more information about additional values, see Setting Cash 360 Preferences.

The Undeposited/Future-Period Funds, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable windows can only display the 100 most recent transactions. To view more than 100 transactions, you can use the Export to CSV function.

When exporting records through CSV for the Opening Balance, Undeposited/Future-Period Funds, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable windows, there is a limit of 40,000 rows and maximum file size of 10MB. It may take a while to export transactions that reach the transaction number limit or file size limit.

The navigation menus for the Cash 360 dashboard and Account Categories are only available in English.

The Cash 360 SuiteApp is accessible only if your subsidiary is active. You cannot access Cash 360 if your subsidiary is inactive.
