Limitations of Using the Auto Bank Statement Import SuiteApp

When you use the Auto Bank Statement Import SuiteApp, keep these limitations in mind:

• The SuiteApp doesn't support:

  • IP address allowlisting

  • Importing of bank statement files in ZIP format

  • Importing of PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encrypted files

• The time zone you set for your SFTP connectivity might be different from the time zone used for automatic bank data imports. For more information, see Automatic Bank Statement Files Import Schedule.

• To avoid performance issues, don't set up a bank data import with more than 10,000 transactions or 500 linked accounts.
