Auto Bank Statement Import Error Messages
This section lists some common errors you might see when using the Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) SuiteApp and what you can do to fix them.

You tried to edit a format profile that uses SFTP with a role that doesn’t have the right permissions. |

Missing required fields. Depending on the authentication requirements, enter a password or select a value for the Digital Certificate or Private Key field to complete the configuration. For banks that require dual authentication, you must provide both information. |

Double-check the URL in your SFTP Connectivity Configuration. If you’re not sure, ask your bank for the right URL. |
The certificate or private key ID does not exist. Check your certificate or private key record, and try again. |
The Digital Certificate or Private Key ID you entered isn’t valid. |

The provided host key and port number does not match the remote server's fingerprint. Please enter the correct host key and port number. |

Check your bank’s site to see if there really aren’t any statement files to import. Check your SFTP connectivity file name pattern and make sure it’s in the right format. |

Make sure you set up your connectivity configuration before saving a format profile that uses SFTP Connectivity. |
Unable to establish a connection to the SFTP server. Check your SFTP connectivity configuration and ensure all fields are valid, then try again. If you continue to receive this message, contact your financial institution. |
The SFTP Connectivity plug-in can’t connect to your bank’s server. |
